Meet Brandon
Brandon Kafarela is a passionate writer, producer, costume designer and storyteller.
Brandonβs credits include: Netflix's Dating Around, Shapeless, The Dirt, Stolen Futures for Lifetime, as well as an array of projects for musicians, brands and media outlets such as Big Freedia, Koe Wetzel, Samsung, FGUK Magazine, Christian Cowan, and more.
Brandon is a recent City of Houston grant winner, based upon his upcoming documentary film, Monarchs, which he will produce and direct. The film will highlight the stories of immigrants and LGBTQIA+ communities across the Houston area.
Brandon is also the writer, co-producer and costume designer of the recent short film, El Bohemio Dorado, which premiered at the River Oaks Theatre in Houston and is positioned to show at other festivals across the country this year.
Brandon received his Executive MBA from the University of Houston and brings that same creative tenacity to collaboratively carry out a production efficiently while telling a compelling story.
