The Tenth Magazine Vol. 5
“For Volume Five, The Tenth meets the Black Queer Romantic—of past periods and vast lands—to explore a legacy of repugnant revulsion against the established order.” I joined the Tenth Magazine in Louisiana and Mississippi for this amazing project. In a Franklin-Louisiana estate, we shot stunning videos to accompany the essays from contributors across the country. I interviewed painter and poet Michael Ross in his childhood home in Mississippi to write about the parallelism of our experiences spanning a century.
